These personalized sleep programs were created from a strong belief that healthy sleep habits support healthier, healthier lives—from infancy through adulthood. Quality sleep is essential at every stage of life and across all populations, helping infants, children, teens, and adults feel rested, regulated, focused, and better prepared to thrive.
With my extensive background in behavioral therapy, special needs support, and years of hands-on experience working with individuals across diverse populations—including children, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum and those with various developmental, behavioral, and other disabilities—I bring a uniquely compassionate and informed approach to sleep consulting.
